Our Team
We have an experienced team of field operators who assist farmers and helps them in day-to-day activities in the field and collect the data for further process, operators give trainings to farmers on regular basis, organise meetings with farmers and inspect their crops to ensure quality supply of products. Samrudhi has also an administration team which have ample amount of experience in certification process, the team works efficiently from collecting data from operators to getting Natural certificates for farmers. Our managers in administration team have vast experience of managing the grower groups, they insure the up to the mark documentation related to Natural production.
WHAT WE DO ?
Our methodology starts with our farmers; we register farmers with us by convincing them that Natural production will cause them a healthy life and stronger economy. We offer our farmers Natural certification under the supervision of our trained and experienced field operators, once the farmer completes the program the farmer has the option to sell the Natural production, we offer our farmers a market for their product with the help of local buyers, however the farmer is free to sell his product to the open market. The process of converting a conventional farmer to a Natural farmer is a three-year long process, during these three years our field operators train the farmers in techniques and practises which are described in the manuals of Natural Farming programs. Once farmer is certified he can sell his Natural product. Without farmers we can’t imagine to move forward and We are committed to uplift the life standards of farmers. Samrudhi does not provide any financial assistance to any farmer. However, what we do provide are trusted quality inputs- including seeds, bio-fertilizes and bio-pesticides.
